TO USE AS AN EYEWASH:  Make tea, using 1 capsule to 1/4 cup boiling distilled water.  Let steep for 15-20 minutes.  Strain through coffee filter or cheesecloth.  Use as an eye wash or eye drop.  Can be used 3 to 4 times a day as needed.  NOTE:  Sometimes this washing will draw impurities from the eyes so that the eyesight seems filmy after using and matter will come out.  After toxins and unwanted mucus clear up, the eyesight will become clear.  After 3 days, discard and remake.  The solution will lose its effectiveness.
